Deliver amazing technical support in a contact center environment that enables you to experience all the rewards a large, respected organization has to offer!  You'll use your interpersonal and technical skills to educate business customers on our products, resolve their issues, and get them back up and running quickly and efficiently.
TTEC (formerly TeleTech), is currently hiring Full Time Technical Support Representatives in our Las Vegas, NV Service Delivery Center.
What you'll experience in this career:
  • Answer customers' questions, lead them skillfully through the network technology and assist them in using our products to effectively operate their business
  • Resolve product or service problems by selecting the best and fastest solution to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues 
Experience you'll need to be successful:
  • Previous work experience in a technical support contact center environment or IT-related background in general
  • Strong technical skills including the ability to download products, install applications, navigate internet browsers and familiarly with operating systems including Windows 
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with frequent new product releases and updates
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all customer types
  • Technical aptitude with an ability to explain technical concepts to a varied audience
  • Strong communication skills 
  • High school education (or equivalent)
  • Flexibility in work schedules
    • Availability to work 20-29 hours/week
    • Typical hours: 2pm-7pm / 3pm-8pm / 4:30pm-8:30pm including weekends (required)
