ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Cold call new businesses in an effort to obtain their processing business
- Prospect businesses independently within your own territory, continuously growing territory and client base
- Build relationships with potential clients by listening to their needs and understanding what other products and services may resolve their issues
- Exhibit a level of professional expertise and applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Develop a working knowledge of company products and services
- Sell the company's products or services as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts
- May be required to perform any other job-related instructions as requested by their leader, subject to reasonable accommodation
GENERAL QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- Minimum of 3 years of Outside Sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years in the Payments industry
- Communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and people at all levels of the organization
- Prior experience selling financial products and services
Traditional Physical Requirements
- Walking, standing, and sitting will be required for a significant part of the day
- The Associate may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
