**Applicants must be 21 or older**
Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of product to wholesale customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-Greets customers in a courteous manner.
-Handles difficult customer situations professionally.
-Responsible for notifying Territory Supervisor of any customer complaints/concerns.
-Maintains a sincere, courteous demeanor with both employees and customers.
-Delivers accurate product orders to the customers by the agreed upon delivery time.
-May be responsible for removing out of date product and recording waste.
-Ability to help with in-store operations such as retail, maintenance, processing, etc.
-Operates computer invoicing and sales data equipment where applicable.
-Ability to handle special orders and/or customer service issues that may extend beyond regular hours.
Safety and Maintenance
-Complies with all safety and sanitation codes and standards.
-Maintains a clean, neat uniform at all times.
-Drives safely and abides all appropriate traffic rules and regulations.
-Maintains a clean vehicle at all times.
-Reports all accidents involving injury or property damage immediately.
-Utilizes the Vehicle Inspection and Damage Report form to perform routine maintenance checks as required.
-Reports any vehicle maintenance concerns to Territory Supervisor.
-Maintains all delivery equipment such as racks, covers and trays.

-Must have valid driver's license of the state in which employed.
-No moving violations within the last 36 months
-No serious motor vehicle violations (DUI, DWI, reckless driving, etc.)
-Must have valid health card in applicable states
-Must have DOT certification
-Able to successfully pass background investigation, pre-employment personality screening and drug testing.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or (GED); or one to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondences in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of Westward Dough Operating Company, LLC.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written or oral instructions. Ability to handle stressful and tense situations in a collected and professional manner.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions, which may become severe in their respective markets.
There is a basic knowledge of truck equipment and repair necessary for this job classification.
