First Cup is a growing, independent franchise with 60 Dunkin' Donut store locations in Arizona, Nevada, California and Colorado. Under the First Cup Family we also have Moe's Southwest Grill in CA, 16 'Zoyo' Frozen Yogurt.

• Manager: Use your dedication to quality to run a Dunkin’ Donuts First Cup store. As a Manager or Assistant Manager, you will work to assess store performance, train and develop team members, and communicate your store’s goals and challenges.
• Crew Manager: Use your passion for people to serve guests and work with a team. As a Crew Manager, your main responsibilities will include taking orders, filling orders and running the cash register.
• Shift Leader: Use your magnetic personality to lead and coach a team. Communicate goals, hold team members accountable and ensure restaurant standards are executed at each shift. The most important task? Ensuring your guests have exceptional service.
