The Workforce Initiatives Talent Center Coordinator is a member of the Workforce Initiatives Department, and as such, fulfills the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health by attracting great people to CVS Health while developing strong loyalty with our community partners, customers, clients, and patients. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Operations, the Workforce Initiatives Talent Center Manager will lead the development, implementation, and execution of the Workforce Initiatives strategy within a major city within the CVSH organization.
The Workforce Initiatives Talent Center Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with Workforce Initiatives team members and local operators to support the strategic operation of the CVS Health Workforce Initiatives Talent Center and programing within the local market including:
* Develops and maintains critical major city collaborations and partnerships with government, non-government, and nonprofit national organizations.
* Identifies and nurtures partnerships that bring value to the department.
* Accountability for achieving annual short and long term objectives.
* Assists in developing & maintaining internal & external relationships to offer a world class experience at the WITC
* Responsible for innovating around how workforce initiatives can drive impact and value impact within a major city consisting of a number of counties across the CVSH organization.
* Explore and identify new internal collaboration opportunities that advance company objectives.

Essential Functions:
* Manages major city collaborations
* Serves as the point of contact for citywide external relationships/partnerships with government and community leaders.
* Manages workforce programs and participates in focus area or strategic team
* Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Workforce Innovation & Talent Center (formerly RLC)
* Oversees and executes monetary and non-monetary incentives
* Effectively manages the city alignment with compliance, legal and regulatory procedures and policies
* Promotes internal communications and partnership development

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of related work experience in retail and/or healthcare
* Experience managing workforce programs (or Human Services or Workforce Development)
* Previous training & development experience in a healthcare/retail setting
* Demonstrated problem-solving, detail orientation, and time management skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft business software and ability to adapt to new systems.
* Must possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Must be able to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Government and/or Pharmacy Programs

Education
High School Diploma Required
Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferred
