Direct Lending Loan Officer

Associate is responsible for handling auto, marine, and recreational vehicle loan requests directly via the telephone. Ensures exceptional customer service by overseeing loan process from origination to closing. Ensures compliance with all CIP / KYC regulations by utilizing various authentication tools. Avoids fraudulent activity and high risk transactions. Reviews existing customer relationship by using various internal systems when required. Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response. Applicant should possess advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques. Interacts with both internal and external customers. Promotes loan products and cross-selling from a predetermined suite of products related to their loan and / or collateral purchase. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and follow up of assigned customers. May provide technical/sales training to associates.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast paced environment
- 1 year of Sales experience and Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General computer skills
- Strong typing skills
- Bank related automotive financing
- Call Center Experience
