Our Industry Leading Compensation Plan: Entry-level reps with little to no experience are making $500 a week. Experienced reps are making $750 - $1,000 a week. Top-Producers are making $1500 - 2,000 a week. Job Requirements: Experience in Sales or Call-Centers Ability to work 40hrs a week Energy Enthusiasm Confidence Know the ABCs of Sales Money Motivated Apply by responding to this job posting, emailing careers@onestopmotors.com or calling 702-750-3522. About One Stop Motors: What separates OneStopMotors.com from the competition are two major factors. First is OneStopMotors.com has the most aggressive marketing there is in the industry, and Second is that OneStopMotors.com makes private-party sellers competitive with dealerships. Every vehicle advertised through OneStopMotors.com is built a customized webpage to do nothing more than promote that vehicle to sell. OneStopMotors.com offers up to 12 full-color photos, unlimited advertisement description, vehicle history reports, and full marketing support from trained professionals. We also place advertisements for that vehicle in over 30 high traffic automotive websites and also in Deals on Wheels magazine, which is one of the nation’s leading automotive publications. OneStopMotors.com does more advertising per vehicle than anyone else in our industry! OneStopMotors.com also gives them features that were exclusive to dealerships such as Financing, Nationwide Shipping, and Extended Warranties. This allows that vehicle to be sold at retail value instead of wholesale or discounted to sell prices. In most cases the seller is able to make more money by advertising through us rather than having to accept an offer for thousands of dollars less than fair market value.

There are a lot of smarty pants out there.
Follow these instructions to right your wrong.
I am sorry I have not personally responded to each of you yet, personally but I hope the information I send you, helps. If you need additional information, put HELP! In your subject line!!
So http://www.onestopmotors.com/ told you they could sell your vehicle in a few weeks for top dollar or they already have buyers lined up but need your processing fee to conclude the sale of your vehicle? Have they sold your car yet? Are you feeling screwed? You can call http://www.onestopmotors.com/ customer service at 877-566-6686, hold for 20 minutes and talk to a poorly trained rep with little knowledge of the http://onestopmotors.com program. They will tell you there is no refund and you agreed to a non-refundable fee. They may try to give you worthless free upgrades to make you go away. Do not Waste Your Time with http://www.onestopmotors.com/ customer service.
1. Call your credit card company and dispute the charge, it doesn’t matter how long you have been listed with http://www.onestopmotors.com/. Dispute the charge and you will automatically get your money back while your credit card company reviews your dispute.
2. You need to make a statement to your credit card company and provide evidence to win your dispute. Tell credit card company that all the representatives from http://www.onestopmotors.com/ guaranteed your car would sell. It was only after you called http://www.onestopmotors.com/ asking why your car hasn’t sold, that you found out they are ONLY an advertising service and do not guarantee to sell anything. Tell credit card company that http://www.onestopmotors.com/ did not render their service as it was described to you(namely, the guaranteed sale of your vehicle) and that YOU NEVER SIGNED an ADVERTISING AGREEMENT AUTHORIZING http://www.onestopmotors.com/ to charge you for merely advertising your car. Tell your credit card company that your vehicle is NOT being advertised on all the websites that their salesperson told you you’d receive such as ebay, cars.com, autotrader, newspapers, etc.
3. LOG INTO your http://www.onestopmotors.com/ account area with your username and password. If you do not have your username and password call http://www.onestopmotors.com/ customer service at 877-566-6686 and they will give it to you. Your username and password is case sensitive so ask them to spell it out for you. Do not ask them for anything else. Hang up and log into your account.
4. You are now going to print out evidence to send to your credit card company. Log into your account area and scroll down to the link in the middle of the page called “view my ad campaign”. Click through all the advertising links. Print out all the ad links that are no longer active or contain incorrect information about your vehicle and fax or mail those print outs to your credit card company. You can also take screen shots and email them to your credit card company.
5. IMPORTANT - Tell your credit card company you never signed and returned the http://www.onestopmotors.com/ advertising agreement and any advertising agreement that http://onestopmotors.com produces with your name on it is a fraud.
6. Do Not Worry about the verification call you did with http://www.onestopmotors.com/ Credit Card companies will not accept such calls as evidence against you.
7. You are now going to win your dispute.

OneStopMotors Owner, Rob Wilder in Jail

Well, I have been bombarded with calls/emails from OneStopMotors.com employees.
It is true that Rob Wilder was charged with many counts of having a dangerous sub without perscription. Here is a Screenshot of the charges.
Additionally, there is a charge of attempted Bribery of an Officer… Probation Violation… etc.
I have tried to reach OneStopMotors.com for comment, but have been unable to get through (29 min hold time. I disconnected. 37 min hold time. I disconnected 17 min hold time. I disconnected.)
I wanted to ask OSM on behalf of those of you as customers that have written me, who was in charge. 2 of you have requested to have your money returned, do to services not being rendered… I also was unable to reach them.
By all appearances, I question if there is a Customer Service Department as of todays date.
If indeed there is, I invite you to contact me and I will set the record straight.
Here, I would like to give you an intro to some of the things you can find on my site.
*Who Owns OneStopMotors.com? (Robert Wilder)
*How Can I Contact OneStopMotors.com? (1-877-566-6686)
*Is OneStopMotors.com a Member of the BBB? (NO!)
*Is OneStopMotors.com a PowerSeller on EbayMotors.com? (NO!)
*How Can I Get My Money Back?
*What Does My Money Get Me?
*How Much Traffic Does OneStopMotors.com Get? (About 24 Thousand Hits a Month)
*CLASS ACTION SUIT INFORMATION TO GATHER
I can not tell you how many cars they have sold!
This is not something they track. Period.
I encourage you to read through the various pages here and follow the links
*Note- Right Click on Links To Open A New Window
So, here we are!
I write this because I can no longer look over things. I can no longer right the mistakes, oversights and hiccups. I was fired by OneStopMotors.com. I called into question too much, too often. I questioned the “issues” the company has too passionately and persistently and now, here I sit. Unemployed.
Unjustly, Unfairly and more importantly… unable to answer the hundred and hundreds of calls that came into the office I have spent the last 7 mo. in.
That’s right. I am a former OneStopMotors.com employee. If you are looking for help, for answers and for support. You have arrived.
Thanks One Stop for a job well done.

vehicle and because of the One Stop ad, we sold it and all of the equipment that went with
it to separate people.
The customer service representatives kept us well informed whenever anyone was interested in our vehicle and
followed up to see if we had been able to communicate with them.
Thanks One Stop Motors.

I am delighted to inform you that my 56 Mercury has sold for the full asking price.
