Blog Post: Insightful Job Seeker Tip: Don't SPAM Your Resume to Recruiters

Sending your resume to any and every job posted within a company does not help your job-search reputation.

Best case scenario:  You get a call about a job you are NOT qualified for, will NOT enjoy and will NOT sustain if hired for.

Worst case scenario  You gain a reputation – a negative reputation – and when the RIGHT job becomes available you won’t be in contention since you are already known as “that guy” (or gal).
